We aim, where possible, to repair damaged belts if they are otherwise functioning well. In some cases though a repair is no longer a viable option. In this instance we would replace the belt at a time suitable for your business.

A replacement service with your business in mind

Capital Belting provide all types of conveyor belts to all industries that require them. We supply and fit only the highest quality of materials and have full confidence in our products and staff.

We can supply the belting directly to your business either with or without fitting. We offer a 24 hour 7 days a week service which means we can fit in around you to minimise any disruption.

Our highly experienced and knowledgeable fitters and engineers will remove the old belt, fit and join the new belt then fully track and test it before leaving the site. They can also advise of any changes that could be made to prevent belt failure in the future, minimising your downtime.

We can carry out a fitting during or outside of your working hours providing the machine can be isolated and somebody is available to sign for completed works.

When arranging a replacement belt, if we have not visited your site before, we will require the belt type, usage and size (length and width). This can be obtained either via a site visit carried out by ourselves or you may already have the details from a previous supplier.

Once we have these details we can prepare the belt for fitting and arrange a suitable time for your business for us to fit the materials.
