Q: How can I report an out of hours breakdown?

A: Capital Belting Offer a 24 hour call out service to all of our customers, new and old. To report an out of hours breakdown simply call us on 0800 5 999 366 and one of our specialised fitters will be on hand to assist.

Q: How do I know what belt we need?

A: At Capital Belting we pride ourselves in supplying and fitting only the highest quality products. If you are unsure of the belt code you require one of our team will be on hand to assist, either by emailed photos or a detailed description over the phone. If we are still unsure we have got it 100% correct we are more than happy to attend the site to have a look for ourselves. We find this prevents errors and improves efficiency with future orders.

Q: How do I place an order?

A: For first time customers, here at Capital Belting we like to carry out a full site survey before your first order to ensure you are getting the most out of your conveyors. With ever changing technologies and new advances there may an alternative that is more cost effective for your business. We also find that once we have the site survey, we then have a full list of belt types and sizes you have and can ensure any further orders are dispatched correctly and efficiently.

Q: How long will my order take?

A: All of our Belts are custom made to our customers specifications. This means that the length of time between placing your order and recieving it can vary depending on the type. After your first site survey Capital Belting will can issue you with an estimated time schedule for each belt your have for future reference.

Q: How quickly can you react to an emergency breakdown?

A: Capital Belting offer a 24 hour breakdown service to all of our clients new and old, meaning our doors are never closed. Should you require an emergency fitting we will aim to be with you in as quick a time as possible. The timings will be based on your location and the Belt type you require.

Q: Can I purchase a belt without fitting?

A: You can order any of products for delivery without us fitting, however we cannot take responsibility for any failure of our belts fitted by yourselves or any other company.

Q: Can i keep a stock of belts we regularly use on site and then pay you to fit at a later date?

A: We can arrange for you to have as much or as little stock held on site as you wish. These will be invoiced at the point of purchase. should you then require us to fit the belts at a later date simply call us on our 24 hour phoneline and arrange a time suitable for yourselves, we can then invoice you for the service provided.
